Today is the day of Salvation! This is the message being proclaimed through Light of the World Ministries in Africa. LOTWM centers every activity around either proclaiming this truth or training others to proclaim this truth.

God isn’t waiting for you to get right or clean up before you approach Him. The amazing truth is that God has extended an invitation for every person to join His Family – and He has already accepted you! Ephesians 1:6 says, “…He has made us accepted in the Beloved.” That is past tense – already done!

A man asking for a woman’s hand in marriage may feel nervous because he doesn’t know for sure that she will respond positively – but this isn’t the case with God! He has already said “Yes!” to you – all that is remaining is for you to say “yes” back to Him.

You can say “yes” by praying this simple prayer:

I have heard that You, God, have already accepted me into your family and I want to receive this free gift of adoption into your family today. Come into my life, make me a new person. I receive You, Jesus, as my personal Savior and Lord. I am responding to Your invitation by saying “yes” to You!

Romans 10:9 says, “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.”

That is exactly what happened when you prayed this prayer. You are Born Again!

2 Corinthians 5:17 says, “Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away, behold all things are become new.”
